The Chapel - Valencia Street - San Francisco
Built in 1917 as a funeral home with a chapel, this Tudor Revival style building in the heart of the Mission District was extensively remodeled and seismically upgraded for a new live music venue, restaurant, outdoor patio and a 3rd story addition for 3 new residential units. The building is over 15,000 sf.
